1. Acceptance

By using LogoShield Studio ("the tool"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the videos and logos you process. You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to any footage or image you upload, and for how you use the resulting output.

3. No warranty on protection strength

The tool's watermark variants, including the full-frame "Diagonal Shield" mode, are designed to increase resistance to automated removal. We make no guarantee that any watermark is impossible to remove, and we are not liable for unauthorized use, redistribution, or watermark removal by third parties after export.

4. As-is service

The tool is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Rendering speed and success depend on your device and browser and are not guaranteed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LogoShield Studio to process content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or that you do not have permission to modify.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogoShield Studio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the tool.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the tool constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
